Regul8

First experience in Bloom

Regulation works better when both people can see what's happening.

Regul8 is a shared regulation workspace where both the learner and the caregiver check in. Two nervous systems. One shared picture. Over time, patterns emerge and understanding deepens for everyone in the relationship.

Caregivers are not observers in Regul8. They are participants. Their own regulation matters too, and the workspace reflects that.

Why it matters

A shared workspace for two nervous systems.

Many nonspeaking autistic individuals experience pain, overwhelm, fatigue, anxiety, and distress that may be difficult to communicate directly. When those experiences go unseen, support often comes too late.

But regulation is not a solo experience. Caregivers carry their own nervous system state into every interaction. When a caregiver is dysregulated, it affects the learner. When both people are regulated, co-regulation becomes possible.

Regul8 makes both nervous systems visible, so everyone in the relationship can understand what is happening and respond more effectively.

For the learner

  • Check in without needing words
  • Express physical sensations and intensity
  • Build a record of internal experience over time
  • Be understood before escalation

For the caregiver

  • Check in with your own nervous system state
  • See patterns across both experiences
  • Reduce cognitive load with AI-surfaced insights
  • Support co-regulation rather than just observation

How it works

One connected workspace.

Each check-in builds on the one before. Small moments accumulate into the kind of shared understanding that changes what support looks like for both the learner and the caregiver.

  1. 01

    Body Signals

Users locate and describe physical sensations without needing words.

  2. 02

    Check-In

Any input works — color, symbol, intensity scale, or tap.

  3. 03

    Patterns

Each check-in adds context over time, with no narration required.

  4. 04

    Insights

Early signals surface before escalation, revealing what comes first.

  5. 05

    Support

Caregivers gain real understanding without asking the person to explain.

The interface

Small moments become understanding.

No single check-in explains everything. But over time, small moments reveal patterns, needs, and supports that were difficult to see before.

01

Start Anywhere

Any input method works.

02

If it's available, not required.

Understanding Grows

Hard check-ins cluster before schedule changes.

Classroom mornings are more difficult than afternoons.

Deep pressure reliably brings things back to calm.

Insights help guide support before escalation occurs.

Everyday impact

Understanding that travels with the whole relationship.

The insights Regul8 surfaces don't stay in one room. They travel across every environment where the learner lives, learns, and receives support, informing every caregiver and professional in the system.

At home

Caregivers and learners check in together. Families build shared understanding of what each person is experiencing, so support is informed and connection comes before escalation.

At school

Educators gain access to real pattern data from home, allowing them to identify environmental or transition triggers and adjust proactively rather than reactively.

In therapy

Clinicians receive data on a person's internal experience between sessions, including caregiver state, giving a richer picture than either person could describe alone.

In the community

Everyone in the support network, including extended family, paraprofessionals, and community providers, can contribute to a more consistent and informed response.
